D.E.S LINE(Sheet for FPCB)

데스라인은 PCB, DCB 기판의 현상, 에칭, 박리, 건조 공정을 수평 컨베이어 방식으로 처리하기 위한 장비이다

현상 – 현상액을 분무하여 노출되지 않은 광저항을 녹여 구리를 노출시킨다.

에칭 – 에칭액을 분사하여 구리를 식각시킨다.

박리 – 스트립 용액을 분사하여 잉크 잔여물을 제거해 회로를 노출시킨다.

공정순서
투입→DEVELOP→ETCHING→HCl RINSE→E-CLEAN→STRIP→CHEMICAL POLISH→ACID→PRE DIP→POST DIP→HOT DI→AIR CUT→HOT DRY→반출
